I weekenden d. 22. – 24. var rytterne samlet til deres første træningssamling. Marius’ forældre Rikke og Nicholas lagde hus til.
De startede fredag med hygge og aftensmad og lørdag var de ude og cykle sammen for første gang. Første stop på turen var hos Spar Nord Køge – et af holdets sponsorer. Så kørte de 25 km. til Fri BikeShop i Haslev. Planen var at rytterne ikke måtte kører hurtigere end at de kunne tale sammen. Efter Fri BikeShop kørte rytterne en tur på 60 km. og endte hjemme i Køge igen.
Rytterne fik også mulighed for at snakke med deres nye træning Amund, så han kunne lære dem at kende og de kunne får muligheden for at høre om hans træningsform.
Lørdag aften blev rytterne delt op i grupper – de skulle selv stå for madlavningen. Her er Magnus, Mads og Simon igang med at stege kød til tortillas. Der skal jo en hel del mad til 8 unge drenge der har været ude og cykle en lang tur.
Søndag stod den på endnu en træningstur – rytterne kørte en flot tur ned til Møns Klint og retur på i alt 87 km. Bagefter stod den på frokost inden rytterne kørte hver til sit.
